Purpose

Sellmate is a tool to manage items you want to sell and to request their publication on third-party marketplaces. Sellmate is not a marketplace and is not a party to any sale.

Your account and content

You are responsible for your account, your API tokens and the content you add (descriptions, prices, photos). You must have the right to sell the items you list and to use their photos.

Third-party marketplaces

Ads are subject to the rules of each marketplace. Sellmate cannot guarantee that an ad will be accepted, stay online or lead to a sale.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is, without any guarantee of availability. Sellmate cannot be held liable for losses resulting from its use, including an ad that is published or removed late.
